Rapper Da Brat charged with assault - Da Brat was arrested early Thursday after a dispute with a waitress at a nightclub northeast of Atlanta. The 33-year-old rapper was charged with aggravated assault, said DeKalb County Police spokeswoman Mekka Parish.
